I’m committed to working at New Horizons Center because I believe in the power of compassion, structure, and consistency to change lives. Since joining in 2024 as a Work Support Instructor in DTA, I’ve seen firsthand how a supportive and respectful environment can help individuals reach their fullest potential. As a Residential Coordinator, I’m driven by a genuine commitment to serve others with dignity, patience, and care, ensuring every member feels safe, supported, and empowered.

What I’m Professionally and Personally Proud Of:
Professionally, I’m proud of the growth I’ve achieved at New Horizons Center — progressing from my initial role into a lead position and now serving as a Residential Coordinator. This journey has allowed me to showcase my natural leadership abilities while maintaining professionalism and consistency in care. Personally, I’m proud of my compassion, resilience, and ability to remain grounded and dependable, even in challenging situations.

Who I Am When I’m Not Working:
Outside of work, my faith plays an important role in who I am and how I show up for others. It guides my values, strengthens my sense of purpose, and reminds me to lead with humility, grace, and empathy. I enjoy spending time in nature, connecting with family and friends, and engaging in activities that allow me to reflect and recharge. My faith helps keep me centered and fuels my commitment to serving others both personally and professionally.
