Why am I committed to working for New Horizons Center?

New Horizons gives me the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team making a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.  All of our staff are truly outstanding, and it’s an honor to support them in any way I can.  Being part of an organization that champions compassion and inclusion is deeply meaningful to me.  Best of all, the interactions I have with our members are the highlight of my day.

What are you professionally and personally proud of?

Professionally, I’m proud of the creativity and energy I bring to my work at New Horizons.  Helping bring our staff’s ideas to life is incredibly fulfilling and gives me a strong sense of purpose.  Personally, I’m proud of how my passions allow me to connect with others in meaningful ways.  They keep me inspired and give me new opportunities to share positivity and creativity with the people around me.

Who are you when you are not working?

When I’m not at New Horizons, you’ll most likely find me in my recording studio writing music or recording/mixing other musicians.  Music has been a huge part of my life and has even taken me around the world — something I never imagined growing up in Lake Havasu.  I’m also a big sports fan, especially basketball, and I never miss a chance to cheer on the Phoenix Suns.  There’s nothing better than being a part of a loud, crazy home crowd at a live game.  I also love cooking, there is nothing better than making new recipies.
